业绩简介
本人研究方向主要围绕细胞内鞘磷脂信号和钙信号的病理生理调控过程及其对心血管系统的影响,主要的研究成果包括:
①从力生物学调控的全新角度,阐述了病理性机械牵张通过调控心肌细胞肌浆网钙泄漏,导致房颤、心衰等心脏疾病的致病机制(Cardiovasc Res,2021,IF:14.239,入选ESI高被引论文)。
②揭示了S1P/S1PR1通过调控内质网钙信号,激活KCa2.3/KCa3.1介导的内皮依赖性超极化,促进血管舒张的新机制(Arterioscler Thromb Vasc Biol,2023,IF:10.514,心血管领域知名教授Prof. Faraci撰写专文点评)。
③阐明了内皮Nogo-B通过抑制鞘磷脂合成,对内皮细胞及血管功能的调控作用,及其对高血压、压力超负荷心衰等疾病进程的影响(Nat Med,2015;JCI insight,2016)。
④揭示了内皮Nogo-B通过稳定Mfn2加强线粒体相关内质网膜结构,从而促进线粒体Ca2+摄取和氧化应激水平,介导冠状动脉粥样硬化发生发展的病理过程(Redox Biol,2023,IF: 11.4)。
⑤阐明心脏微血管内皮S1P/S1PR1激活NFATc2信号上调MYPT1表达,并通过抑制TRPV4介导的钙内流,降低MYPT1磷酸化及细胞骨架收缩,对心脏微血管内皮屏障功能发挥重要保护作用(Hypertension,2025,IF:8.2)。
目前共发表研究性论文30余篇,其中通讯/第一作者研究性论文14篇(6篇IF>10),主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、航天医学实验项目1项、中国博士后基金项目2项、陕西省自科项目2项。2019年入选西安交通大学医学部“攀登人才”计划。现任中国病理生理学会理事,病理生理学会心血管专业委员会青年委员。
