研究领域:生物信息学、计算生物学、机器学习、统计遗传学
长期围绕基因转录调控,针对整合分析多种组学大数据和揭示生物发育及疾病发生机理的关键技术和科学问题,致力于开发和利用生物信息学方法,并结合分子与细胞实验手段,研究细胞内分子(如基因、非编码RNA及多种表观遗传修饰等)在发育过程中的协同作用以及疾病发生过程中的异常调控机制。主要研究方向包括:

个人简介
2014年10月毕业于哈尔滨工业大学·计算机科学与技术学院,获得博士学位,同时具有生物学学士和硕士学历。随后在美国Wake Forest University School of Medicine (WFU)、University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UT Health)以及University of Pennsylvanian(UPenn)和Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)先后任职博士后研究员(Postdoc Fellow)、副教职(Faculty Associate)和助理教授(Research Assistant Professor)至2021年1月。2021年2月获得“青年拔尖人才支持计划”并加入西安交通大学基础医学院,任职教授和博士研究生导师。截至目前,主持陕西省秦创原引用高层次创新创业人才项目1项;主持“青年拔尖人才支持计划”1项;主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项;主持(共同)西安交通大学医学“基础-临床”融合创新项目1项;核心参与国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、美国NIH R01基金4项。获得省级三等和厅级一等科学技术奖各1项,教育部国家奖学金1项;担任多个领域内国际SCI期刊编辑和国际会议程序委员会委员。已在Genome Biology、AJHG、Nucleic Acids Research、Briefings in Bioinformatics和Bioinformatics等生物信息学领域SCI期刊发表论著20余篇。
