个人简介

2014年10月毕业于哈尔滨工业大学·计算机科学与技术学院,获得博士学位;同时具有生物学学士和硕士学历。随后在美国Wake Forest University School of Medicine (WFU)、University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UT Health) 以及 University of Pennsylvanian (UPenn)和 Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) 先后任职博士后研究员(Postdoc Fellow)、副教职(Faculty Associate)和助理教授(Research Assistant Professor)至2021年1月。2021年2月获得“青年拔尖人才支持计划”并加入西安交通大学基础医学院,任职教授和博士研究生导师。截至目前,已获得省级和厅级科学技术奖各1项;作为核心成员参与国家自然科学基金项目4项、美国NIH基金项目4项;担任多个领域内国际SCI期刊编辑和国际会议程序委员会委员。已发表学术著作18篇(学术期刊17篇,英文专著1本);其中SCI收录论文14篇,累积影响因子大于100。第一作者或者通讯作者SCI论文有9篇,其中5篇IF>10,分别发表在Genome Biology(IF= 14.028)、Nucleic Acids Research(3篇, IF= 11.561)、AJHG(IF= 10.502)和Bioinformatics(IF = 7.367)等领域权威期刊上,并得到了表观遗传学、细胞生物学和生物信息学领域专家的一致好评。
