先后主持国家及省部级基金项目5项，包括国家自然科学基金2项、中国博士后基金1项，省部级基金2项。参与国家自然科学基金、美国农业部基础研究项目等5项。具体主持的基金项目如下：
1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目，82170471，PIAS3通过SUMO化修饰调控VSMC表型转化影响动脉粥样硬化的作用及机制研究，2022/01-2025/12，在研，主持。
2. 国家自然科学基金青年项目，31602064，猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒通过激活PKC诱导HMGB1分泌促进炎性应答的作用机制研究，2017/01-2019/12，已结题，主持。
3. 陕西省自然科学基础研究项目，2019JQ-599，信号通路调控因子PIAS3对动脉粥样硬化发生的作用及分子机制，2019/01-2020/12，已结题，主持。
4. 中国博士后科学基金会面上项目，2014M562425，信号通路调控因子PIAS3对动脉粥样硬化发生的影响，2014/09-2018/2，已结题，主持。
5. 陕西省博士后科学基金面上项目，调控因子PIAS3对动脉粥样硬化过程中NF-ΚB信号通路的调控作用，2014/10-2018/2，已结题，主持。
