个人简介

王健,西安交通大学基础医学院副教授、博士生导师,研究领域主要为生物医学传感与检测技术及其应用研究,在光电化学成像与传感技术、单细胞成像、超微电极均相电化学检测、纳米功能材料制备与应用等方面积累了丰富的经验。主持国家自然科学基金项目、陕西省自然科学基金青年/面上项目、中国博士后基金面上项目、横向科研项目等,作为骨干成员参与了国家科技部重点研发计划项目以及多项项目的执行。已在国内外学术期刊发表多篇论文,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Analytical ChemistryBiosensors and BioelectronicsACS Sensors等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI收录论文19篇,授权国家发明专利1项,软件著作权2项,《国家生物安全工程丛书》编委。荣获2023年度陕西省科学技术奖自然科学二等奖(5/6),2023年陕西省陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果一等奖(4/6)。

研究方向

1、光电化学成像系统的开发与应用

基于光寻址电位传感(LAPS)原理,通过对半导体材料、光源、驱动系统及信号采集系统的优化与集成,研制多模态、高时空分辨率的光电化学成像与传感通用仪器平台,应用于生物医学传感与成像领域,包括活体单细胞的电化学行为及电生理活动的无损免标记二维成像表征与可视化监测,以及生物分子的高通量传感与检测。


2、电化学生物医学传感

结合功能材料和生物工程技术,构建多种类型微纳仿生传感器,包括仿生嗅觉与味觉传感器,化学敏感的仿生分子器件及免标记DNA传感器,用于微环境中化学与生物分析信号。
