【研究简介】

主要围绕肿瘤细胞营养依赖的代谢和细胞死亡调控机制及其在肿瘤靶向治疗中的应用开展系列研究工作,先后在Nature,Nature Cell Biology, Nature Communications, Cell Research, Advanced Science, Cancer Research等专业期刊累计发表SCI论文30篇, 引用超过8700次,其中高被引论文8。以第一作者、共同第一作者或通讯作者发表在Nature Cell Biology, Nature CommunicationsCell ResearchAdvanced Science, Cancer Research等期刊发表论文17篇,其中高被引论文4篇。入选Scilit科学引文数据库2024年高被引学者。主持国家自然科学基金、陕西省引才计划等科研项目10项。担任中国细胞生物学细胞死亡分会委员,中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志专业委员会青年委员,陕西省抗癌协会整合肿瘤临床免疫分会委员,陕西省肝脏肿瘤MDT专业委员会常务委员,陕西省生物化学与分子生物学会青年委员等。

【研究经历】

  • 2009年9月-2014年12月,华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院,生物化学与分子生物学专业,硕博连读,获博士学位;

  • 2015年3月-2019年10月,美国德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心放射肿瘤学系,博士后研究员;

  • 2019年10月至2021年1月,美国德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心放射肿瘤学系,讲师;

  • 2021年3月至今,西安交通大学基础医学院,教授。

  • 202110月至今,西安交通大学第一附属医院特聘教授。

    【研究方向】

    1)肿瘤细胞胱氨酸代谢与铁死亡调控机制及其应用。发现抑癌基因BAP1通过表观调控基因表达促进胱氨酸依赖和铁死亡抑制肿瘤(2018,第一作者,Nature Cell Biology2019,第一作者, Cell Cycle; 2024,通讯,Oncogenesis);揭示胱氨酸代谢调控GPX4翻译表达新机制,证明胱氨酸依赖和铁死亡增敏肿瘤放、化疗的重要作用(2024, Journal of Advanced Research,末位通讯; 2020,共同第一作者, Cell Research; 2021,第一作者, Nature Communications; 2021, 共同通讯,Redox Biology2025,末位通讯,Journal of Advanced Research)

    2)肿瘤细胞葡萄糖依赖与双硫死亡的调控机制。揭示胱氨酸转运蛋白SLC7A11调控葡萄糖依赖的关键作用,阐明胱氨酸代谢促进葡萄糖依赖的分子机制,发现葡萄糖依赖调控双硫死亡的机理(2017,共一和通讯 Journal of Biological Chemistry; 2020,共一,Nature Cell Biology; 2023,第二作者,Nature Cell Biology)。发现内质网应激在葡萄糖缺乏诱导细胞死亡中的关键作用,揭示靶向内质网应激调控双硫死亡的分子机制(2020, 第一作者,Cancer Research; 2024,末位通讯, Advanced Science)
