个人简介

杜宝吉,西安交通大学基础医学院/转化医学研究院研究员,博士生导师,生物物理系副主任,兼任国家生物安全证据基地研究员,西安交通大学第一附属医院和第二附属医院特聘教授。2017年,获得中国科学院大学博士学位(师从汪尔康院士和汪劲教授);2017年至2020年,在康奈尔大学从事博士后研究工作;2020年,加入西安交通大学,获得学校青年拔尖人才B类计划支持。担任Journal of Analysis and Testing的青年编委,以通讯或第一作者在Nature CommunicationsAdvanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, Analytical Chemistry等杂志发表多篇论文,担任Advanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional MaterialsACS Nano等期刊审稿人。获得2018年吉林省自然科学学术成果二等奖一项(排名第一)。

研究领域

仿生纳米酶是一种兼具天然酶催化特性的活性物质,具备高稳定性、低成本以及易于修饰改造等诸多优势。然而,其在特异性、催化活性等方面仍存在诸多亟待深入探究的底层科学问题。与此同时,仿生纳米酶在传感检测以及生物医用材料的应用领域展现出巨大的转化潜力。本实验室致力于深入探索仿生纳米酶催化的分子机制以及活性调控等科学问题,并着力发展适配仿生纳米酶应用的水凝胶、气凝胶和宏观介质等载体,进而设计出高性能的传感器和生物医用材料。具体研究方向如下:
