学术科研

近几年一直从事伤害性反应/痛觉的感受、调制的外周和中枢机制的研究工作。运用多方法,如电生理学单细胞记录、行为学、神经药理学等技术,在生理学/病理学、药理学等多领域对痛觉的神经可塑性机制及其治疗进行了较为系统的研究。通过创建电生理同步记录技术,为评估感觉与运动信息可塑性变化提供了科研新工具。

晚近,在英国《生理学杂志》(The Journal of Physiology-London)及相关国际专业期刊上发表系列研究工作,创新性提出了“丘脑伤害性反应辨别器”(丘脑MD核团和VM核团)介导的“痛觉内源性下行易化和抑制调控时空影响”论点。

目前已在国际学术期刊如“J Physiol”, “Pain”, “Eur J Neurosci”, “Exp Neurol”, “Neuroscience”等上发表30余篇SCI收录论文(第一作者18篇),其中通讯作者19篇。

Hao-Jun You, male and was born in June of 1970. He is Professor and Ph.D. student supervisor working in Center for Biomedical Research on Pain (CBRP), College of Medicine, Xi’an JiaoTong University. He was enrolled as Ph.D. student from March of 2000 to February of 2003 in Center for Sensory-Motor Interaction (SMI) of Aalborg University in Denmark, and was awarded Ph.D. degree in Neuroscience in April of 2003. After 4 years’ appointment of assistant professorship followed by associate professorship in Aalborg University, he had been appointed as Professor of TengFei Talent project in Xi’an JiaoTong University from March of 2007. In October of 2007, Hao-Jun You was qualified in “New Century Excellent Talent” project from Education Ministry (NCET-07-0684), and was entitled as “Outstanding returned overseas researcher” by the government of ShaanXi Province in July of 2009.

His principal research interests focus on peripheral and central mechanisms of perception and modulation of pain/nociception. A scientific breakthrough: hypothesis of spatiotemporal effect of descending facilitation and descending modulation on pain and nociception mediated by thalamic MD (mediodorsal) and VM (ventromedial) nuclei, has recently been addressed, and published in The Journal Physiology and other international peer-reviewed journals. Using behavioural and electrophysiological approaches, he has published over 30 research papers in different international journals, i.e. “J Physiol”, “Pain”, “Eur J Neurosci”, “Exp Neurol”, “Neuroscience” et al., and he is the first author of 18, corresponding author of 19 among them. Since January of 2008, 4 NSFC projects,1 Talent project from Education Ministry, and 1 International Research Collaboration project from ShaanXi Province have been conducting in his research group.
